1.  SITE SUPERVISOR 

Job Description:
– Responsible for supervising a building project
– Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specifications and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
– Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
– Ensure material requisitions are issued inadequate time to achieve the Construction Programme.
– Ensure all work is completed for the program.
– Perform other ad-hoc duties as being when required.

Requirement:
– Preferably age below 30 years old.
– Minimum SPM & above in Civil Engineering and Construction Management or equivalent.
– Experience in the construction site environment is an advantage.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

2. SYSTEM DESIGNER (FULL TIME)

Job Responsibilities:

– Prepare layout drawings, 3D models, and other CAD-related documents required for product fabrication.
– Liaise and coordinate closely with the project team, contractors, and consultants to complete project deliverables.
– Conduct site supervision during the construction stage and perform site visits when necessary.
– Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma in a construction-related field.
– Knowledge of formwork or structural works is an advantage.
– Able to multitask, solve problems, and eager to learn.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
