1.  SITE SUPERVISOR 

Job Description:
– Responsible for supervising a building project
– Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specifications and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
– Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
– Ensure material requisitions are issued inadequate time to achieve the Construction Programme.
– Ensure all work is completed for the program.
– Perform other ad-hoc duties as being when required.

Requirement:
– Preferably age below 30 years old.
– Minimum SPM & above in Civil Engineering and Construction Management or equivalent.
– Experience in the construction site environment is an advantage.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

2. SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER (FULL TIME)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, CDM Regulations 2024, SHO Regulations 1997 and relevant safety regulations.
• Conduct site safety inspections and monitor corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain HIRARC, Risk Assessment, HSE Plan, SOP, Method Statements and other safety documents.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) for high-risk activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and documentation for Tower Crane, Passenger Hoist and other machinery.
• Conduct Safety & Health Committee meetings, toolbox meetings and safety training.
• Prepare monthly HSE reports, LTI/man-hour records, near-miss reports and other safety documentation.
• Liaise with DOSH/JKKP, contractors and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

– Valid DOSH/JKKP Green Book holder.
– Preferably below 30 years old.
– Able to work independently.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience in construction site safety is an advantage.
